Founded in 2012 by world-renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides and his wife Eva Alexandridis, 111Skin bridges the gap between clinical treatments and at-home skincare. The brand originated from a single product, the Dramatic Healing Serum, which Dr. Alexandrides created to help his patients' skin heal more efficiently after procedures at his 111 Harley St. clinic in London. The serum’s formula was centered on NAC Y²™, a proprietary complex developed with space scientists to protect astronauts from the harsh conditions of space, which stimulates the production of the body's master antioxidant, glutathione, to repair and protect the skin. When patients began requesting the serum for its dramatic anti-aging benefits, the couple launched the brand at Harrods.
