8 by Coco Capitán is an exclusive, sea-inspired capsule collection launched in February 2023 as a collaboration between Spanish artist Coco Capitán and 8 by YOOX, the retailer's in-house label. Titled 'Capitana,' the collection channels themes of freedom and travel, reinterpreting wardrobe basics through Capitán's distinct artistic lens. As the creative director for the project, she infused the pieces with her iconic, poetic handwritten phrases like "Lost Loser" and "Live Like You Are Gonna Die Cause You Gonna," which are embroidered onto the garments.
