Founded in 2024 as an independent relaunch by designer Ali Rapp, the eponymous label is rooted in Lima, Peru, and celebrates the country's rich artisanal heritage. Raised by renowned Peruvian fashion designer Meche Correa and an antique dealer, Rapp’s background deeply informs her bold, playful aesthetic. The brand first gained cult recognition in the early 2000s through a long-term collaboration with Anna Sui and placements at Patricia Field, before Rapp took a quieter period to focus on family and special commissions for the Museum of Fine Arts Houston.
