Founded in Tokyo in 2011 by Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori, both former designers at ISSEY MIYAKE, and wander was born from a desire to make fashion in nature as enjoyable as it is in the city. The brand bridges the gap between urban style and outdoor performance, creating sophisticated apparel that doesn't sacrifice function. Ikeuchi and Mori’s philosophy is centered on the simple pleasure of “wandering” in nature rather than hardcore mountaineering, an idea that informs their entire design process.
