Founded in 1982 by Patti Upton in Heber Springs, Arkansas, Aromatique is widely credited with pioneering the modern decorative fragrance industry. The brand was born when Upton combined native botanicals, bark, nuts, and seasonal spices with essential oils to create a visually appealing home fragrance for a friend’s gift shop.
