Founded in 2019 by former Vogue Ukraine fashion director Julie Pelipas, BETTTER is a fashion-tech brand built on an innovative upcycling system. The Ukrainian label sources deadstock and pre-owned, high-quality menswear, particularly suits, and uses proprietary software and 'Sustainable Design Algorithms' to deconstruct and re-engineer them into modern womenswear. This material-first approach results in collections of sharp, minimalist, and often asymmetrical tailoring, including blazers, trousers, and reconstructed shirts. The brand’s mission is to challenge overproduction by demonstrating that all the clothing humanity needs already exists.
