Founded in 2021 by a US veteran, Breath was created to offer a healthy and environmentally conscious alternative in the apparel industry. The brand was born from the frustration of finding that many clothes are made from harsh materials in polluting factories. Its mission is to create change by producing everyday activewear from sustainable materials entirely in the United States, with the goal of achieving a carbon-negative supply chain. The initial product line focused on core basics, including a 50/50 recycled poly/up-cycled cotton blend t-shirt and a 100% organic cotton t-shirt, sourced from an eco-conscious manufacturer in North Carolina.
