Founded in 2011 in New York City by Colombian-born designer Carolina Sarria, her eponymous label merges high fashion with visceral art and social commentary. Rooted in her multidisciplinary background and early influences from her fashion-designer grandmothers, Sarria’s work challenges conventional power structures by illuminating countercultures, punk movements, and the Queer and Latino experience.
