Founded in 2011 in New York City by Colombian-born designer Carolina Sarria, her eponymous label merges high fashion with visceral art and social commentary. Rooted in her multidisciplinary background and early influences from her fashion-designer grandmothers, Sarria’s work challenges conventional power structures by illuminating countercultures, punk movements, and the Queer and Latino experience. In 2014, she partnered with Bianca Allen to further cultivate the brand's dark, edgy, and nonconformist aesthetic.
