Chet Lo, an Asian American designer and Central Saint Martins graduate, launched his eponymous London-based label in 2020. Born from a desire to create exciting, futuristic fashion, the brand quickly became known for its signature spiky knitwear, a technique inspired by the durian fruit and 1980s anime. Lo merges his Asian heritage with a Western aesthetic, creating body-conscious silhouettes that are at once playful, sensual, and unapologetic. His designs, often in vibrant, gradient colors, are crafted from fine Italian yarns and have been described as having "main character energy."
