With a multicultural background—born in Brazil to Japanese parents, with design training in Japan and New York—Mihara established her brand to unite playful, imaginative design with serious comfort. Her experience at an orthopedic shoe store informed an anatomical approach, ensuring each shoe is built around a specialized footbed.
