Founded in 2017 by Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton, Chillhouse began as an effort to modernize the spa experience for a new generation. What started as a destination in New York's Lower East Side, offering nail services, massages, and a wellness café, was born from Ramirez-Fulton’s desire to create an accessible self-care space that was missing between high-end luxury spas and questionable low-priced alternatives. The brand quickly became known for its trendy nail art and aspirational, yet approachable, atmosphere.
