Founded in 2012 by Argentinian-born DJ and creative force Marcelo Burlon, County of Milan began as a line of graphic t-shirts that quickly became a cultural phenomenon. Drawing from his roots in Patagonia and his immersion in Milan’s nightlife, Burlon’s designs featured striking, symmetrical graphics of bird wings, snakes, and other esoteric symbols placed around the collar and shoulders. This signature look captured the energy of the burgeoning luxury streetwear scene, positioning the brand as a key player alongside contemporaries like Off-White and Hood By Air within the New Guards Group collective.
