Dimensione Danza was founded in Milan in 1983 by classical ballet dancer Nadia Necchi and her husband, fashion stylist Enrico Baroni. Inspired by the style of Broadway dancers and the cultural wave of films like *Flashdance*, they created a new clothing concept that blended the technical fits and fabrics of the dance world with everyday fashion. The brand was one of the first in Italy to import the streetwear aesthetic, translating the comfort of the dance studio into versatile apparel for daily life. Their collections feature soft knits, sweatshirts, leggings, and tops designed for dynamic women and girls.
