Founded in 2001 by street artist Daniel Mänd, Elvine is a tribute to his grandmother, an Estonian seamstress who fled to Gothenburg, Sweden. The brand merges the city's unrefined street culture with a tradition of quality craftsmanship, resulting in what they call “sophisticated clothes for unsophisticated behaviour.” Rooted in the harsh weather of Gothenburg, Elvine specializes in creating stylish and functional jackets that are built to last, designed for city living rather than extreme outdoor pursuits.
