Founded in 2016 by Saskia Dijkstra, a veteran with over two decades of experience in cashmere production, extreme cashmere was born from a desire to create the perfect cashmere sweater without compromise. The Amsterdam-based brand challenges the traditional fashion cycle with a permanent collection of luxurious knitwear designed to be seasonless, genderless, and suitable for all occasions. Central to its identity is a unique “one size for all” approach, creating versatile shapes intended to fit “everybody and every body.” This philosophy began with the first sweater, the Crew Hop, which unexpectedly suited a wide range of people, cementing the brand's inclusive design direction.
