The brand is managed by brothers Nicola, Enrico, Pasquale, and Massimo Estinto, who combine traditional Italian craftsmanship with modern production technology. Flecs is recognized for its meticulous approach to leatherwork, particularly its signature hand-dyeing processes that produce distinctive, rich colors and unique finishes impossible to replicate exactly.
