Founded in 1999 by Yumiko Sekine, Fog Linen Work is a Tokyo-based lifestyle brand born from a desire to create affordable, everyday linens. Unable to find the simple, high-quality linens of her childhood in Japan, Sekine traveled to Lithuania—a country with a rich heritage of flax cultivation and linen spinning—to partner with local artisans. What began as a modest collection of seven items has since grown into a comprehensive line of linen clothing, home goods, and metal accessories.
