Founded in 1993 by Mikiharu Tsujita, Fullcount is one of the original “Osaka Five,” the group of brands that revolutionized the denim industry by recreating vintage American jeans with meticulous Japanese craftsmanship. Inspired by 1940s and ‘50s workwear, Tsujita sought to create the perfect jean that was comfortable from the first wear. This led Fullcount to be the first Japanese brand to use long-staple Zimbabwean cotton, a hand-picked material known for its exceptional softness and durability.
