Founded in 2007 by Los Angeles-based artist-turned-designer Hannah Byun, Hansel from Basel was born out of a desire to bring zest and inspiration to everyday legwear. Originally inspired by Byun’s childhood nickname and a fascination with Switzerland, the brand has grown from a modest assortment of women's socks into a cult-favorite destination for whimsical tights, cozy cashmere crews, and seasonal apparel.
