Hasami Porcelain reimagines a 400-year-old Japanese craft tradition for modern life. The brand was established in 2012 by designer Takuhiro Shinomoto, who sought to combine the historic manufacturing techniques of Hasami, a renowned pottery district in Nagasaki, with a clean, contemporary design language. The result is a collection of minimalist and functional tableware, celebrated for its straight lines, gentle curves, and signature matte, tactile finish derived from a proprietary blend of natural stone and clay.
