Founded in 2015 by the Israeli designer of the same name, Hed Mayner’s brand is a thoughtful exploration of volume, proportion, and heritage. Based between Paris and Tel Aviv, Mayner draws inspiration from his Middle Eastern origins, particularly the oversized, layered silhouettes of traditional Orthodox Jewish tailoring, as well as utilitarian military wear. His work, which won the prestigious LVMH Karl Lagerfeld Prize in 2019, consistently challenges conventional menswear by creating sculptural, often unisex, garments that prioritize comfort and movement.
