Founded in 2022 by Stephanie Suberville and Jeffrey Axford, Heirlome is a New York-based luxury womenswear label that bridges modern tailoring with the preservation of ancestral craft. Suberville, a Monterrey native and Parsons graduate, anchors the brand in a philosophy of "forgotten traditions," collaborating directly with master artisans across Mexico to integrate centuries-old techniques—such as rebozo weaving, intricate embroidery, and hand-painted prints—into contemporary silhouettes. The name itself, a Middle English spelling of "heirloom," reflects the brand's commitment to creating garments with the longevity and soul of cherished family objects.
