helinox

Founded in 2009 in Seoul, South Korea, by father-and-son duo Jake and Young Lah—Jake being the inventor behind DAC’s revolutionary aluminum tent poles—Helinox pioneered the category of ultra-lightweight, portable outdoor furniture. The brand’s ethos centers on the intersection of form and function, creating gear that is both highly technical and aesthetically refined. Helinox is best known for its signature exoskeletal frame structures, utilizing proprietary DAC aluminum alloy to achieve an optimal balance of strength, weight, and comfort. The core product line features sculptural, packable seating, tables, and cots designed for outdoor enthusiasts and design-conscious campers. Pieces like the iconic Chair One have redefined outdoor rest, transitioning from professional backpacking gear to a symbol of high-end glamping and outdoor lifestyle.
