Founded in 1996 by engineer and cookware pioneer Stanley Cheng, Hestan is a premium American culinary brand rooted in Napa Valley and manufactured in Northern Italy and California. Originally established as a vineyard, the brand expanded into commercial kitchens, outdoor grills, and residential cookware, driven by Cheng’s background in mechanical engineering and his invention of hard-anodized nonstick cookware in the 1970s.
