Founded in 2013 by London-based ceramicist Johanne Coker, her eponymous studio specializes in hand-thrown porcelain vessels that celebrate the raw beauty of the material. Coker, who initially trained in Singapore under celebrated ceramic artist Lim Meng Khuang before continuing her education in London, brings a measured, process-driven approach to her craft. Her work is defined by its minimalist aesthetic and technical rigor, pushing the notoriously difficult medium of porcelain to its physical limits to create soft, organic folds and large-scale forms.
