Founded in 2001 in Los Angeles by Tod Waters and Giuliana Mayo, Junker Designs is a custom clothing label rooted in punk rock and post-apocalyptic aesthetics. Waters, a former punk musician from Texas, began by modifying his own clothes with paint, rust, and heavy distressing—a DIY ethos that remains central to the brand. Junker Designs specializes in wearable art, utilizing upcycled vintage denim, heavy leathers, and salvaged hardware to create one-of-a-kind garments.
