Founded in 1940 in New York City by Benson Imberman, Kentshire Galleries is a third-generation family-owned dealer of fine antique, period, and estate jewelry. Originally established as a silver and furniture dealer, the brand expanded into fine jewelry in the 1980s under the guidance of Ellen Israel and Marcie Imberman, who brought an eye for contemporary fashion and wearability to historical pieces. Today, led by siblings Carrie and Matthew Imberman, Kentshire operates a standalone boutique on the seventh floor of Bergdorf Goodman.
