Founded in 1993 by Herbie Dayal, KMI Brands is a London-based beauty and wellbeing brand incubator and distributor. Originally entering the market by co-founding the men's grooming label King of Shaves, Dayal built KMI into a powerhouse for both licensed and owned personal care brands. The company is best known for its long-standing partnership with Ted Baker, developing the fashion label's global fragrance, toiletries, and cosmetics lines since 1998.
