Founded in a Parisian workshop in 1964 by Joël Lesca, Lesca Lunetier is a family-owned eyewear brand that channels mid-century French design through its distinctive, handcrafted frames. Inspired by the creative revolution of the 1950s and 60s, the house developed a signature style using thick, raw-cut acetate to create robust, assertive silhouettes. The brand is famously associated with the iconic frames worn by architect Le Corbusier, a key influence on its design principles. Today, Joël’s sons, Mathieu and Bertrand, continue the legacy, reviving archival collections while maintaining the brand’s DNA.
