Founded in 2023 by Chongqing-born designer Zane Li, Lii is a New York-based fashion label that explores the intersection of sportswear and couture. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Li launched the brand shortly after completing his studies, drawing inspiration from '90s American minimalism and the feminine glam of mid-century couturiers. His husband and business partner, Jason Rider, a stylist, plays a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity. Lii is defined by an architecturally-minded design philosophy, where familiar wardrobe staples are reconsidered through unexpected proportions, sculptural construction, and subtle reveals.
