Limi Feu is the eponymous Japanese fashion brand founded in 2000 by Limi Yamamoto, daughter of the legendary designer Yohji Yamamoto. After training as a patternmaker at her father’s company, Yamamoto developed a distinct voice that, while sharing his avant-garde spirit, is infused with a rebellious, street-aware femininity. The brand is defined by its interplay of opposing forces: clean, powerful lines meet voluminous, drapey materials, and a predominantly black palette is punctuated by moments of bold color or pattern. The designs prioritize ambiance and comfort, intentionally leaving space for the wearer’s own personality to complete the garment.
