Founded in 2020 by husband-and-wife team Lindy McDonough and Conor MacKean, Lindquist Object is a Rhode Island-based leather goods studio rooted in the Swedish philosophy of lagom—the idea of balance and just enough. McDonough, a former co-founder of Lotuff Leather and the first Rhode Island designer inducted into the CFDA, brings a deep understanding of industrial design and heritage craft to the brand's ethos. Operating out of a former industrial workspace in East Providence, the brand designs and manufactures its pieces entirely in-house, ensuring rigorous attention to detail at every step of production.
