matouk

American heritage linen house known for its solar-powered Massachusetts factory and crisp, tailored luxury bedding.

ORIGIN

USA

Founded in 1929 by John Matouk, a Syrian immigrant who studied textile craftsmanship in Italy, Matouk has evolved from a small lace importer into one of America’s preeminent luxury linen houses. Now led by the third generation, George Matouk Jr., the brand operates out of a solar-powered headquarters in Fall River, Massachusetts, where it balances high-tech precision cutting with traditional hand-guided embroidery. This unique production model allows Matouk to maintain a "Made in the USA" pedigree for many of its core lines while sourcing premium long-staple cotton percales and sateens from Italy and Portugal.
