M.i.h Jeans, standing for ‘Made in Heaven,’ was launched in London in 2006 by Chloe Lonsdale, who was immersed in denim culture from a young age. Her father was instrumental in the UK's 1970s denim boom, and her godfather founded the original Made in Heaven brand, giving Lonsdale a rich heritage to draw upon. The brand became known as the “denim girl’s denim brand,” celebrated for its 70s-inflected spirit, focusing on perfectly fitting jeans with innovative washes and authentic detailing. Core products included signature denim styles like the Marrakesh flare, alongside a ready-to-wear collection of tops, knitwear, and jackets designed to complement the core denim offering.
