Founded in 2016 by Tokyo-based designer Yumiko Sekine as a sister brand to Fog Linen Work, MiiThaaii bridges Japanese minimalist design with traditional Indian craftsmanship. Sekine, who built her reputation on simple, durable linen goods, launched MiiThaaii to explore the vibrant potential of Indian textiles. The brand focuses on everyday clothing and accessories crafted primarily from 100% cotton lungi material, a traditional fabric woven by skilled artisans in Jaipur and South India.
