Founded in March 2025 by former Dyson employee Alice Bugeja, Mileoff is a Dubai-born, women-first running apparel brand built to solve the functional frustrations of female athletes. Frustrated by a male-dominated sportswear industry and unisex gear that chafed or fit poorly, Bugeja launched the brand with a mission to empower women to dream bigger both on and off the track. The brand quickly gained traction through its community-led approach and founder-led marketing, with its debut collection selling out almost immediately.
