Founded in 2021 in France by cosmetic chemist Fabienne Sebaoun, Mimétique is a dermocosmetics brand built on the principle of biomimicry. Sebaoun, who comes from a family of dermatologists, developed the brand's proprietary SMR-C5 complex in collaboration with the AgroParisTech Chair of Cosmetology. This complex uses skin-identical active ingredients to support the skin's natural functions of protection, hydration, and regeneration without overstimulating it.
