Mizensir was founded in Geneva in 1999 by master perfumer Alberto Morillas and his wife Claudine. Driven by a desire to create a company rooted in revered artisanal traditions, Morillas—the legendary nose behind iconic scents like CK One and Acqua di Giò—initially launched the brand with a collection of handmade scented candles. Unable to find interior fragrances that met his exacting standards, he began crafting them in his family kitchen, blending his profound knowledge of raw materials with extensive research into combustion and diffusion.
