Founded in 2013 by Sarah LaFleur, a former management consultant, M.M.LaFleur was created to offer a better wardrobe solution for professional women. Frustrated by the lack of stylish and practical workwear, LaFleur partnered with co-founders Miyako Nakamura, the former head designer of Zac Posen, and Narie Foster to build a brand centered on taking the work out of dressing for work.
