Founded in 2006 in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, by certified jewelers and goldsmiths Michal Molnár and Igor Fábry, Molnar Fabry is an independent watchmaking atelier specializing in bespoke, highly decorated mechanical timepieces. The founders’ background in high jewelry directly informs their approach to horology, treating each watch movement as a canvas for intricate hand-engraving, skeletonization, and gem-setting. Operating entirely outside the traditional Swiss watchmaking mainstream, the duo produces only a handful of unique pieces per year, dedicating 300 to 800 hours to each creation.
