Founded in London in 2012, Mulo was born from a desire to elevate the traditional jute espadrille into a versatile, year-round shoe. Inspired by co-founder Tobias Cox's sailing travels, the brand reimagines classic warm-weather footwear by constructing it on a traditional Oxford shoe last, blending formal structural integrity with a relaxed aesthetic. Mulo’s core product lines include suede espadrilles, loafers, and slip-on sneakers, all characterized by clean lines, neutral palettes, and tactile materials like Italian suede, organic cotton, and natural shearling.
