Founded in Amsterdam by Italian perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri, Nasomatto—Italian for “crazy nose”—is an experimental fragrance house built on creative rebellion. After years of feeling constrained while designing for major commercial brands, Gualtieri launched his own project in 2007 as a platform for pure, uncompromised olfactory art. The brand is defined by its potent Extrait de Parfum concentrations, minimalist packaging topped with distinctive, handmade wooden caps, and a notorious secrecy around its formulas; official ingredient lists are never published, freeing the wearer to form their own interpretations.
