Founded in 2014 by Asia Hall—a computer science and art graduate whose father was a couture designer—Neon Cowboys is a Los Angeles-based fashion tech brand that merges western Americana with wearable technology. The brand was born out of Hall’s desire to create illuminated accessories for country music festivals, leading to the invention of its signature patented light-up cowboy hat. Designed to glow like a neon bar sign, the hat quickly became a staple in festival fashion and nightlife.
