Founded in 2022 by American designer Sara Rossi and Delhi native Siddhartha Chaudhary, Olive Workshop operates as both a fair-trade apparel factory and an independent label based in India. Born out of a desire to streamline production and increase supply chain transparency for Rossi’s existing brand, Beau & Ro, the workshop was established to control the lifecycle of a garment from the first stitch to the final consumer. The brand is rooted in a commitment to ethical manufacturing, creating a supportive environment for its stitchers and partnering with talented digital, screen, and block printers in Jaipur and Jodhpur.
