Founded in 1893 by Wilder Austin Pickard in Edgerton, Wisconsin, and now based in Antioch, Illinois, Pickard China is a family-owned American manufacturer of fine porcelain. Originally a decorating studio that imported European blanks, the company began producing its own warm white china in the 1930s under the direction of Austin Pickard. Today, it remains one of the last fine china companies manufacturing in the United States.
