Established in Stratford-upon-Avon in 1954 by gemologist George Pragnell, Pragnell is a sixth-generation British family-run jeweller with a heritage rooted in royal service and fine craftsmanship. The firm is one of the UK's last full-service jewellers, with the majority of its fine jewellery created in British workshops by classically trained artisans. Pragnell’s collections are built around exceptional gemstones, from rare diamonds to sapphires and rubies, which are hand-selected by the Pragnell family. The house presents both contemporary designs and a significant collection of antique and period jewels, having acquired other historic firms like Philip Antrobus, the maker of Queen Elizabeth II’s engagement ring.
