raising cane's

Founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, by Todd Graves—who funded the venture by working at an oil refinery and fishing in Alaska—Raising Cane's is an American fast-food chain built on a singular focus: high-quality chicken fingers. The brand's straightforward menu centers entirely on hand-battered, never-frozen chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its highly guarded signature Cane's Sauce. By resisting the industry trend of endless menu expansion, Raising Cane's has perfected its core offerings, ensuring speed, consistency, and a loyal customer base.
