Launched in 2015 from the London living room of university friends Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey, Rixo was born from a shared passion for vintage treasures. The duo, who studied fashion management, identified a gap in the market for timeless, feminine pieces with distinctive character. The brand’s identity is anchored in its original, hand-painted prints, designed in-house by McCloskey, which adorn silhouettes that flatter a wide range of body types. Rixo’s core offerings center on silk and viscose dresses, blouses, and skirts that blend a free-spirited, bohemian feel with classic shapes, designed to be versatile enough for both casual wear and special events.
