Founded in 2016 by Rok Hwang, a South Korean-born, London-based designer, Rokh offers a conceptual take on wardrobe classics. A protégé of Phoebe Philo at Céline, with experience at Louis Vuitton and Chloé, Hwang brings a rigorous design background to his own label, which won the LVMH Special Prize in 2018. The brand is celebrated for its deconstructed and adaptable garments, particularly trench coats, tailoring, and dresses that feature interactive elements like detachable panels and layered components. This modular design philosophy allows pieces to be worn in multiple ways, reflecting an intellectual and individualistic approach to dressing.
