Founded in 2018 by Danish stylists and influencers Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimars in partnership with the 150-year-old Copenhagen heritage house Birger Christensen, ROTATE was born out of a desire for bold, accessible partywear. The brand quickly disrupted the traditional minimalist 'Scandi-cool' aesthetic by introducing a maximalist, 80s-inspired approach to dressing up.
